Summer and holidays are busier times of year, so be sure to check in advance.
**The week of July 4th and the week of Christmas we require a 3 night minimum stay**
We are closed for all drop offs and pick ups on January 1st, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, December 24th and 25th
After availability is confirmed, we will need your dogs up to date vaccination records from your licensed veterinarian emailed to us at least a week prior to your arrival.
We also require an appointment time set for drop offs and pick ups in advance. After we receive the vaccine records, arrival and pick up form, and information form, you will be sent a confirmation for your booking.
A booking is not considered confirmed until needed forms and vaccine records are sent.

**New Policy effective January 1st 2024**
All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only.
We set this policy in place due to us being a small staffed facility. We work our daily schedule around the appointments of customers coming and going to make sure our time is dedicated to our guest dogs as well as our daily appointment customers
A stay is not considered reserved until a set time for both drop off and pick up is provided.
You will be charged for the day you drop off as well as the day you pick up unless your pick up is before 12:00pm.
Last drop off or pick up time is 6:00pm.
These rules are set out of respect for all scheduled customers.
