Scheduling a reservation

Summer and holidays are busier times of year, so be sure to check in advance.

**The week of July 4th and the week of Christmas we require a 3 night minimum stay**

We are closed for all arrivals and pick ups on 

January 1st

Easter Sunday

 Memorial Day

July 4th

Thanksgiving Day

 December 24th and 25th

After availability is confirmed, we will need up to date vaccination records from your licensed veterinarian emailed to us at least a week prior to your arrival date. 

 All arrivals and pick ups are by appointment only.

A reservation confirmation will be sent after the following are submitted 

• Vaccine records ( we must have current records on file)
• Arrival /Pick Up Form ( required for each scheduled reservation)
• Information Form ( required once a year, unless updating is needed before)
• New Customer Agreement - (new customers only)

 Our appointment only policy is in place due to us being a small staffed facility.  We work our daily schedule around the appointments of customers coming and going to make sure our time is dedicated to our guest dogs as well as our daily appointment customers 

Charges begin the day of arrival and daily charges apply through pick up day. 

Pick ups before 12:00pm are not charged.

Last arrival and pick up time is 6:00pm. 

These rules are set out of respect for all scheduled customers.
