We do not accept puppies younger than 5 months due to puppy vaccines not being fully completed.

We do not board females that are in heat. 

With male dogs boarding as well, it can cause major disruption in the kennel. 

If your female is not spayed, please be mindful of her expected heat cycles. If a dog comes into heat while boarding, she will not be able to stay for the remainder of reservation dates.

Documentation of UP TO DATE vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian is required for boarding.  * We do not accept puppies under the age of 5 months due to puppy vaccines are not yet completed.

All guests must be illness free for the past 30 days

**Please email records at least one week prior to your arrival day.

• Distemper/Parvo
• Rabies
• Bordetella
• Canine Influenza (recommended, but not required)
• Annual fecal and heartworm test
• ** In addition to vaccines, all dogs must be flea and tick free
• In the event fleas or ticks are found on a dog, the owner will be charged for a bath and will not be able to stay for the remainder of reservation dates.

All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only.

A stay is not considered reserved until a set time 

for both arrival and pick up is provided.

• Charges begin the day of arrival and daily charges apply through pick up day. 
• Pick ups before 12pm will not be charged.
• Last arrival or pick up time is 6:00pm. 

These rules are set out of respect for all scheduled customers.

*** We use the submitted arrival form times for scheduling our day around outside play times and other customer arrivals and departures. We want to ensure the safety of each of our guests.***

While we are flexible with needed time changes, we do ask that you contact us first

While we understand that unexpected events sometimes arise that could change your reserved reservation dates, during holiday weeks, reservation billing will be for the full time reserved by the dates submitted on the arrival/ pick up form whether the reservation ends early, or is delayed.  The reason for this policy is that we get more boarding requests than we have room for and unfortunately have to turn many away due to no more availability. The dates reserved for your dog is how we determine the amount of availability we have to offer to customers.

**FOR SAFETY REASONS, ONLY KENNEL STAFF IS ALLOWED IN THE KENNEL AREA AND PLAY YARDS**

• Upon arrival, a staff member will either take your dog to a play yard or to their designated kennel.
• Staff will take care of setting up your dogs kennel with any items brought from home (bedding, toys, etc...)
