HEALTH & VACCINATION POLICY
Documentation of UP TO DATE vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian is required for boarding. * We do not accept puppies under the age of 5 months due to puppy vaccines are not yet completed.
All guests must be illness free for the past 30 days
**Please email records at least one week prior to your arrival day.
REQUIRED VACCINES
- Distemper/Parvo
- Rabies
- Bordetella
- Canine Influenza (recommended, but not required)
- Annual fecal and heartworm test
- ** In addition to vaccines, all dogs must be flea and tick free
- In the event fleas or ticks are found on a dog, the owner will be charged for a bath and will not be able to stay for the remainder of reservation dates.
ARRIVAL & PICK UP
All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only.
A stay is not considered reserved until a set time
for both arrival and pick up is provided.
- Charges begin the day of arrival and daily charges apply through pick up day.
- Pick ups before 12pm will not be charged.
- Last arrival or pick up time is 6:00pm.
These rules are set out of respect for all scheduled customers.
