HEALTH & VACCINATION
Documentation of UP TO DATE vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian is required for boarding. * We do not accept puppies under the age of 5 months due to puppy vaccines are not yet completed.
- All guests must be illness free for the past 30 days
- we do not accomodate guests with stitches, wearing a cone, or that is still recovering from surgery.
**Please email records at least one week prior to your arrival day.
REQUIRED VACCINES
- Distemper/Parvo
- Rabies
- Bordetella
- Canine Influenza (recommended, but not required)
- Annual fecal and heartworm test - must be heartworm free
- ** In addition to vaccines, all dogs must be flea and tick free
- In the event fleas or ticks are found on a dog, the owner will be charged for a bath and the will not be able to stay for the remainder of reservation dates.
ARRIVAL & PICK UP
All drop offs and pick ups are by appointment only.
A stay is not considered reserved until a set time
for both arrival and pick up is provided.
- Charges begin the day of arrival and daily charges apply through pick up day.
- Pick ups before 12pm will not be charged.
- Last arrival or pick up time is 6:00pm.
These rules are set out of respect for all scheduled customers.
*** We use the times submitted on the arrival forms for scheduling our day around outside play times and other customer arrivals and departures. We want to ensure the safety of each of our guests.***
While we are flexible with needed time changes, we do ask that you contact us first.
SUMMER (MAY - SEPT 8TH) & HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
While we understand that arrival / pick up dates and times can change due to unforeseen reasons, our scheduling intake of customers is based on the reservation dates and times provided to us so we know what we have available to others wanting to make reservations. Summer and Holiday seasons are busy and with limited space we often have to turn customers away due to being full.
Applied charges, during summer and holiday times, will now reflect those submitted reservation dates and times.
- New Years
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- July 4th - 4 night minimum stay required
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas - 4 night minimum stay required
If your reservation ends sooner than scheduled or your afternoon pick up time changes to a morning pick up, you will still be charged for the scheduled dates and time you submitted.
All pick ups after 12pm will be charged our $35 daily rate per dog
If you have a scheduled pick up before 12pm and your pick up ends up being after 12pm, the daily rate per dog will be applied for that day.
PAYMENT
Payment isn't due until day of pick up.
We only accept payment by:
- cash
- check
- Venmo
- Apple Pay
If you have made arrangements for someone other than you to pick up your dog, please either send payment prior to pick up or have payment sent with person picking up.
VISITING FOR A TOUR
Knowing that you may want to meet us and see our facility before booking a reservation, we do welcome tours. Tours are by appointment only and without a scheduled tour, guest owners will not be allowed access beyond our facility entryway.
Contact us if you would like to see our facility. Please do not bring your dog to your scheduled tour.
SAFETY
**FOR SAFETY REASONS, ONLY KENNEL STAFF IS ALLOWED IN THE KENNEL AREA AND PLAY YARDS**
- Upon arrival, a staff member will either take your dog to a play yard or to their designated kennel.
- Staff will take care of setting up your dogs kennel with any items brought from home (bedding, toys, etc...)
