BOARDING INFORMATION

• Climate controlled to stay comfortable year round
• Kuranda raised beds are provided for each kennel
• Our kennels are 4x8 with privacy walls to help your dog stay calm,  relaxed and secure from neighboring dogs. 
• Kennels with dog doors lead to a secured 4x8 outdoor kennel.
• Kennels are cleaned daily, inside and out
• Favorite blankets and toys are welcome for their personal kennel 
• ** we are not responsible for any damages to items brought from home **

     *ARRIVAL AND PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY* 

• Upon arrival, a staff member will either take your dog to a play yard or to their kennel. For safety reasons, only staff is allowed in the kennel area .

• Barking from our guest dogs may be loud at arrivals and pick up's, but quickly calm down afterwards.

• Daily feeding times are 6am and 5pm
• We offer dry dog food for a small fee each day, but recommend bringing your own to keep your dog from having any diet change issues while staying
• Dog bowls are provided and cleaned daily

• Dogs are taken to play in the yards every 2-3 hours depending on weather and are supervised at all times.
• The last playtime of the day is at 9pm
• Our play yards are cleaned immediately at each potty/play time

• Go home baths are a service we offer for an additional fee
• Baths are given on dogs pick up day. 
• Take your dog home clean and smelling fresh!

• Our kennels, inside and out, are cleaned daily and sanitized as needed during your dogs stay. 
• After a dog goes home, each kennel, bed, and doggie door is sanitized for the next guest.
